Ulster Rugby and Tobermore have reinforced their partnership, as the recently enhanced sponsorship deal extends until the conclusion of the 2023/24 season.

This move comes in alignment with Tobermore’s ambitions to attract top talent and develop and retain current employees.

Ulster Rugby players demonstrate many of the transferable values Tobermore has at its core such as teamwork, reliability, attitude and excellence.

The sponsorship is prominently showcased by the Tobermore logo on the back of the team kit shorts and signage on the pitch perimeter at Kingspan Stadium in Belfast.

David Henderson, Managing Director at Tobermore, commented:

“Tobermore are proud to support Ulster Rugby and extend our sponsorship agreement. Ulster Rugby share many of the same values as Tobermore, such as teamwork and a drive for success. I am delighted that the Tobermore logo will be visible across the back of the players’ shorts. I look forward to continuing to watch the team play and wish them every success.”

Ulster Rugby CEO, Jonny Petrie, said:

“We would like to extend our thanks to Tobermore for their ongoing support of Ulster Rugby. With the sad passing of Syd Millar recently, the pathway which we installed together back in 2019 to mark his achievements, both on and off the pitch, takes on even more of a significance. The Syd Millar Pathway extends from the Onslow Parade turnstiles down to the Memorial Arch, and stands as a tangible collaboration between us and a fitting tribute to Syd.”
