  • What qualifications and experience do I need?

    This will depend on the role you wish to be considered for. Such information will be listed within each vacancy.

    However, we always encourage that if you see a position that you are interested in but may not have all the qualifications/experience listed – you should still apply! We may have another opportunity that is a better fit for you. Tobermore recognise that the individual, their skill set, and work ethic are also important factors to consider when recruiting.

  • How much annual leave does Tobermore provide?

    All Tobermore employees are entitled to 30 days of annual leave. Annual leave increases with years of service. In addition to this, Tobermore have a ‘holiday purchase’ scheme which allows employees to obtain an additional two days annual leave.

  • Tell me about your interview process

    At Tobermore, to ensure we are the right employer for you and to ensure that you are the right person for the role, we follow a two-stage interview process. We feel this allows a comprehensive and effective opportunity to get to know you and to ensure we select the right person. 

    You will receive full information regarding each interview including date, time, duration, panel members, format of the interview and any preparation details you need. We are always a phone call away if you have any queries about your interview. 

  • What can I expect in the interview?

    During the interview questions will be asked regarding your subject knowledge and relevant experience to date. We also want to find out about your character as our Company Values H.E.A.R.T (Humility, Excellence, Adaptability, Reliability and Teamwork) play a key part to building our team. 

    We appreciate that interviews can be overwhelming, and we want you to relax, the interview environment will be friendly and welcoming. We want you to enjoy it and we want you to succeed! At the end of the interview, you are welcomed and encouraged to ask us questions.   • What communication can I expect after the interview process?

    Upon completion of the final interview, we will contact you to advise of the outcome. If requested, we will provide constructive feedback. Regardless of the overall application outcome, we want you to have a positive experience 

  • I’ve been successful! Will you keep in touch prior to my employment date?

    Following your job offer, our onboarding experience is first class – communication is key. Your full contract and starter forms will be emailed to you by the Company. 

    You will receive your bespoke training plan prior to joining us, this will provide full clarity on what to expect from day one. Your manager will contact you a week before you commence to run through start time, location and any further requirements for your first day.
