Whilst fostering continuous learning within the workplace; Tobermore have invested in me externally to enhance my career. I am currently undertaking my CIMA qualification to become a fully chartered accountant which not only future proofs me, but also the company in having the highest skilled employees.
I became part of Team Tobermore in June 2019, starting as a Placement Student within the HR Team. My journey from Placement Student to HR Administrator has been one of constant development. Since graduating and securing full time employment, I have been fortunate to undertake further studies to develop my HR career. In January 2022, Tobermore invested in me to begin studying towards achieving my Level 7 CIPD. This qualification will aid in me further developing my professional HR career. I am confident that my future with Tobermore is one that is full of opportunities and success!
I joined Tobermore five and a half years ago as a Merchant Sales Manager covering the West Midlands. Tobermore gave me the opportunity to progress in my career and I took the role of Head of Paving Contractors in December 2019. Tobermore is a company that takes just as much pride in developing its people as well its products.

As a member of the Tobermore Production Team for over 6 years, I have worked my way up from Production Operative to a team leader role in the Cobra Plant. More recently, I have progressed even further to being a Production Supervisor and running my own plants. None of which would have been possible without the training and guidance I received from Tobermore.
