That is why everyone at Tobermore has access to the BHSF Health and Wellbeing app. This Connect employee app provides support to staff 24/7. This app allows access to a GP from anywhere in the world, provides 24/7 confidential support helpline, encourages smarter spending, and offers discounted gym membership and nutritional advice, plus lots more. 

Employees also enjoy enhanced annual leave above statutory entitlement which increases with length of service.  

To ensure we look after our well-being all year round, we have a well-being committee made up of team members from different departments throughout the Company!

We have introduced a yearly well-being calendar.

Each month concentrates on a different health topic helping to raise awareness and understanding among our staff.  From lunchtime yoga to organised walking groups, our well-being committee is passionate about ensuring staff take time out to concentrate on themselves.
