Our Recruitment Process

Step 1

Submit Your Application

Once you’ve found a role that’s right for you, complete the online application form and upload your CV. Our People Team will carefully review your application and assess how your skills and experience match the requirements of the role.

Step 2

First Stage Interview

If your application is shortlisted, you’ll be invited to a first-stage interview with members of our team. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about your experience, skills and career aspirations, while giving you the chance to learn more about Tobermore and the role.

Step 3

Second Stage Interview

Candidates who progress to the next stage will be invited to a second interview. Depending on the role, this may include a presentation, practical assessment or a deeper discussion around your experience and how you would approach the responsibilities of the position.

Step 4

Offer & Pre-Employment Checks

If you’re successful, we’ll make you a formal offer of employment. We’ll then complete any necessary pre-employment checks before confirming your start date.

Step 5

Welcome to Team Tobermore

Once everything is in place, we’ll support you through our onboarding process, helping you settle into your new role and become part of Team Tobermore.
