Responsibilities: The preparation of the Management Accounts – sales ledger, purchase ledger, bank payments, accruals/prepayments, stocks, depreciation and any other sundry journals as and when required. At any other given time throughout the month I could be working on our aggregate tax return, sterling VAT return, various control accounts, capital expenditure analysis as well as maintaining and updating our fixed asset register. I also settle all our Sterling and Euro vendor accounts throughout the month along with a larger payment run at month end and serve as a back up to our weekly yard payroll.
Interests: Football – be it playing or supporting my beloved Liverpool FC. I also enjoy playing a bit of golf in my spare time. I’m known around the office as a bit of a traveller as well, I probably have two or three holidays planned at any given time! Like most people I enjoy spending time with friends and family – the weekends are never too dull! Aside from that I am slowly but surely working towards my CIMA qualification so I be studying at different times throughout the year.

Responsibilities: Business Development Executive for National Accounts
My responsibilities include account development, progressing pipelines and identifying new business to develop.
Interests: My interest include going to the gym regularly, reading and socialising with friends.

Responsibilities: My main responsibility is to secure orders from the NI & ROI markets. Helping customers who visit our Tobermore Paving Centre, answering phones from the NI, ROI & GB Markets and responding to emails. I also am responsible for the day-to-day running of the Tobermore Paving Centre, looking after the maintenance and up keep of the centre. During the winter months, I also assist in producing GB Stocking Merchant Price Lists.
Interests: In my free time I enjoy travelling and going on holidays. I also like helping out on the farm and detailing cars in my spare time.
Why Work Here: I enjoy working at Tobermore because every day is different, meeting different people and carrying out different duties. Tobermore is local to home, no queues on the drive to work. Tobermore is also a financially secure company which is a great benefit when you are starting to build a house! The people I work with are great, we all help each other out.
Responsibilities: Providing support to the HR Executive, Recruitment and Selection process, Social Media Recruitment, HR queries, Annual Leave, Absence management, Employee relations, GDPR, Employee Events… every day is different!
Interests: As a full time working Mummy, it’s spending my free time with my daughter! Family and friends, socialising, continuous learning (boring!), music, animals, I recently completed a foundation course in Counselling studies!

Responsibilities: Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the production facility in Tobermore to fulfil our duty to manufacturing world class products each day.
Interests: I have family at home and part time farm which take up a lot of my spare time. I also do a bit of running and have so far run a couple of marathons.
Why work here? The company is a family owned business and has always been a progressive one moving with the times. We have a great team culture and all work together well!
Responsibilities: My main responsibility within the Sales office is pricing and processing of both tender and order to place enquiries on a daily basis. I assist in price negotiations with our Commercial Sales Managers and Customers, answering phone calls and responding to emails from the commercial and private market in NI, ROI and GB. I also lend a hand in dealing with customers at the paving centre when needed in busy periods.
Interests: Outside of work I like to keep myself busy. I attend a local gym 3-4 times a week and go running a couple of times a week. I love a good Netflix series; Sons of Anarchy and Homeland are my favourites so far. I recently got engaged so I have no doubt planning the best day ever will keep me busy over the next couple of years as well!
Why work here? I applied to Tobermore as I had heard very good reports about it and knew it was an award winning company. Over my three and a half years at Tobermore I have really enjoyed being a part of the team. Each day brings new challenges and therefore I have gained a number of new skills since joining. There is a great team spirit in the Company and it offers me job security, which I feel is very important at this stage of my life. There are many perks such as bonus scheme and company events which helps to form great friendships with other departments.
Responsibilities: I am employed as a Senior Sales Administrator in the Sales Office. I am responsible for providing a pricing and quotation service to our customers. I price the daily Tender and Order to Place sales enquires, provide a negotiation and price support service to commercial sales managers to help them win contracts and offer guidance to the quotations team on pricing and margins.
Interests: I enjoy being outside when I can either gardening or walking.
