At Tobermore your personal and professional development is at the Heart of everything we do.
Throughout your 24 months you will spend time in each of our key sales functions, learning about key Tobermore products, sales strategies, and sales techniques.
To support your ongoing personal development, you will have the opportunity to attend personal development learning workshops with the People Team, twice in each rotation. You will also have the opportunity to participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team building activities.

Tobermore offers a variety of work placement opportunities for those studying who also wish to gain experience within their field of study. Alongside a well-structured training plan, you will gain knowledge and insight about what it’s like to work within an energetic and enjoyable working environment.
