Belmont Hall, Antrim   

Client:  Antrim Construction Company 

Products used: Lansdowne Facing Brick – Charcoal & Cottage Red, Kingston Facing Brick – Cottage Red, Country Stone – Slate

Belmont Hall aimed to establish itself as a relaxed and environmentally conscious development, paying homage to its natural surroundings, particularly the picturesque Six Mile Water River. The procurement of a diverse range of facing bricks in strong vibrant colours was a top priority for Antrim Construction Company. The goal was to offer homes with a range of finishes, fostering a sense of individuality and departure from uniformity.   

A unique development was achieved by utilising Tobermore Country Stone walling alongside Tobermore Kingston and Lansdowne facing brick ranges. To guarantee that Belmont Hall respected the natural environment that surrounds it, collaborating with a company committed to minimising environmental impact was paramount. The use of vibrant shades Cottage Red, Golden, Charcoal and Slate amplified individuality in this project through the complementary contrast of colour. Additionally, the utilisation of various finishes of facing brick further enhanced the development’s character.   

 Carr Lane, Hambleton 

Client: Regenda Homes 

Products used: Kingston Facing Brick – Cottage red 

Regenda Homes was seeking a building solution for the homes at Carr Lane in Hambleton. The development has a variety of house styles and Regenda wanted a product that could create a cohesive look throughout. Tobermore provided the perfect solution in the form of Kingston facing brick – the smooth, vibrant appearance of this product created the beautiful, elegant finish desired.  

Templeville, Limerick 

Client: Formation Homes 

Products used: Lansdowne Facing Brick – Heather, Shannon Block Paving – Heather & Charcoal, Secura Grand Retaining Wall – Slate. 

Templeville is a charming housing development located in Punches Cross, Limerick. The family friendly development consists of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom detached and semi-detached homes. 

Tobermore’s Lansdowne facing brick adds character and warmth to the homes. Tumbled to give a rustic appearance, Lansdowne is known for its hard-wearing capabilities and exceptional long-lasting colours. The front façades are complemented by beautifully paved driveways using Tobermore’s block paving Shannon Heather with a Shannon charcoal border that adds visual appeal. Paving and facing brick were chosen in the shade Heather to ensure continuity throughout the development.   

Tooreen Court, Ennis   

Client: Custy Construction 

Products used: Lansdowne Facing Brick – Heather, Shannon Block Paving – Charcoal & Slate 

Tooreen Court is an exclusive development offering a selection of semi-detached houses situated in Knockanean, one of Ennis’ most popular suburbs.  

A cost-effective and aesthetically pleasing facing brick was required to complete the scheme.  Tobermore’s concrete facing brick Lansdowne in shade Heather was chosen due to its hard-wearing capabilities and long-lasting colour retention. The tumbled finish of the brick gives an aged, rustic appearance to the houses.   

 Burnbrae Drive, Paisley 

Client: Persimmon Homes 

Products used: Kingston Facing Brick – Autumn Gold & Burren 

Burnbrae Drive is one of many Persimmon Homes projects in Scotland that Tobermore’s smooth, vibrant Kingston facing brick has been specified for. The aesthetics, technical performance and cost of the product met the developer’s requirements perfectly.
