Tooreen Court is an exclusive development offering a selection of semi-detached houses situated in Knockanean, one of Ennis’ most popular suburbs. Tobermore’s concrete facing brick Lansdowne in shade Heather was chosen due to its hard-wearing capabilities and long-lasting colour retention. The tumbled finish of the brick gives an aged, rustic appearance to the houses.  

To ensure the colour vibrancy of Tobermore’s facing brick is retained, the best iron oxide colour pigments are used. With this in mind, Custy Construction can be confident the rich, vibrant colour of the product will remain the same for years to come. 

Shannon was the perfect choice for the walkways of the new development. Due to its smooth surface, it provides accessibility for wheelchairs, mobility aids, prams and other small-wheeled traffic. To align with the modern finish of the development, the shade Slate was used for the main walkway area with Charcoal used as a border. Shannon’s tight joints and pencil chamfer make it easy to install and maintain while also helping to prevent weeds.
