With a dedicated well-being and culture committee, Team Tobermore avail of monthly health campaigns and team bonding events at no expense.
Each month of the year has a dedicated health initiative to provide the team with access to invaluable resources, help raise awareness of different health topics and fundraise for many charities. From Dry January to hosting a Superhero Day for Children’s cancer, it’s old but true that your health is your wealth.
Work hard, play harder! In addition to monthly well-being campaigns, every month and as chosen by our staff, Team Tobermore ventures out to enjoy some well-deserved fun!
We recognise that our people are much more than their job titles and a happy team will continue to drive the success of Tobermore. We spend a lot of our time at work and quite naturally colleagues become the best of friends and such team bonding events provide perfect opportunities to create great memories.
