The CIPD NI HR Awards are the most prestigious and highly regarded awards for the HR profession in Northern Ireland. These awards were attended by our HR and Learning & Development teams.
Despite the challenges faced during the Covid pandemic, Tobermore’s L&D Team continued to thrive for excellence. All of us at Team Tobermore are very proud of the well deserved recognition.

The highly coveted ‘Best HR/L&D Team of the Year’ award recognises a team that have demonstrated excellence across the organisation to meet both the needs of the business and its people. The judges selected a team that can demonstrate innovative and unique approaches to addressing either one key business issue across the year or multiple projects. The team will be able to demonstrate exceptional teamwork and leadership including working across boundaries in a timely and effective way.
Massive congratulations to Tobermore’s brilliant Learning and Development Team who were highly commended for this remarkable award. The team had a great day out at the awards ceremony, which was held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Belfast.
