Rossharbour Resort in Enniskillen recently underwent a paving upgrade to enhance the outdoor areas surrounding its new luxury lodges. The project was led by Johnston Paving, a Tobermore Registered Contractor, who worked closely with Tobermore to identify the most suitable products for the job. Stanza slabs were selected for the lodge patio areas for their sleek, contemporary finish and long-lasting durability, while Tegula Slate was used for the pathways to ensure a seamless connection with the existing resort paving.
Creating a cohesive, durable, and visually appealing environment
Rossharbour Resort needed a paving solution that balanced durability with aesthetics across both new and existing areas. The patio spaces required a modern, easy-to-maintain surface suitable for high levels of foot traffic, while the pathways needed to tie in seamlessly with existing paving.
All elements had to reflect the high-end feel of the resort and withstand daily wear without compromising on visual impact – making product choice and design cohesion essential to the project’s success.

To deliver on these requirements, Tobermore provided a mix of modern and traditional paving solutions. A Tobermore representative carried out a site visit to assess the resort’s needs and offer expert guidance. Samples were supplied during this consultation to ensure the client was happy with the proposed finishes.
Stanza slabs were used for the patio areas, chosen for their smooth, contemporary design, ease of maintenance, and suitability for hospitality environments. Tegula Slate was laid on the pathways to create continuity between new and existing areas, offering a classic look with robust performance.
