Antrim and Newtonabbey Crematorium

The new £5m state-of-the-art facility located on the Doagh Road, Newtownabbey is the second crematorium facility available in Northern Ireland. Nestled in a tranquil setting of native trees and a wildflower meadow featuring walking paths and seating areas for reflection. The new space will offer families an essential service in difficult times.  

Hydropave Tegula with its traditional style finish was perfect for the new location. The product was laid stretcher bond using Cedar for the entrance area and Slate for the parking areas. The blended tones of both colours provide a stylish, timeless appearance, while allowing sufficient drainage.   

To complement the paving Tegula Kerb Large in Charcoal was used, a versatile alternative to traditional concrete kerbs.
