Tobermore is delighted to support the Dream Garden project at Irelands Bord Bia Bloom gardening and lifestyle festival.

Bord Bia Bloom is Ireland’s largest gardening and lifestyle festival and is now in its sixteenth year. The event will run from 2nd-6th June at Phoenix Park, Dublin.

‘Easy Steps to Dream Gardens’ is an initiative designed to help you plant your own show garden at home. Bord Bia has worked with seven Bloom award-winning show garden designers to create  garden designs that are suited to a different range of locations. Each garden design in the series comes with an easy-to-follow plan depending on your time, space and budget.

The garden designs are based on a garden size of 15 metres x 9 metres and have been designed for different aspects (e.g. north-, south-, east- and west-facing gardens) and include garden plans illustrating a variety of features, such as patios and seating areas.

This year two out of the seven Dream Gardens will be built at Bloom.

The Nature Enthusiasts Garden – designed by Jane McCorkell

Nature enthusiasts of all ages will love this south-west facing garden that is a haven for wildlife. This garden has been designed for a family of nature enthusiasts and will suit every age group.
