Tobermore Retaining Wall Solves Sloping Site Issue at Willmark Homes Development in Loughborough

The Woodlands is a housing scheme from Willmark Homes located in Loughborough, Leicestershire, that consists of eight beautiful six-bedroom detached properties. With an enviable reputation for building quality homes across the East Midlands, Willmark Homes wanted to ensure that this scheme was designed and built to the high standard of existing projects both internally and externally. The developer faced issues with the external areas at The Woodlands due to the sloping site conditions. Willmark Homes saw The Woodlands project through every stage of development from the design process which was looked after by the company designers in-house in early 2015 to the launch of the construction works in Summer 2015.

The Woodlands reached project completion in Autumn 2016. Ian commented: “I was very pleased with the result of the development.”
