In the month of September 2019, 99.8% of Tobermore deliveries were delivered in full and on time as agreed, breaking their already outstanding record for delivery speeds.
Tobermore take great pride in their delivery service and have maintained a 99% delivery rate for in full and on time loads for the past five years. This is in stark comparison with deliveries of timber, which can take up to two months according to research from the Federation of Master Builders and deliveries of brick which can take more than a year.
To achieve these rates, Tobermore have put effective processes in place; products are manufactured in a single site, with higher than average stock levels maintained.
