They support Tobermore’s stocking merchants to drive sales, work with paving contractors to build repeat business and carry out home consultations, helping homeowners create their dream outdoor space.

Delivering Expert Retaining Wall Solutions
Our Retaining Wall Team plays a key role in growing sales of Tobermore’s Secura retaining wall solutions across the UK and Ireland, supporting customers with expert guidance and technical expertise throughout their projects.
They provides retaining wall design support, technical advice and tailored solutions for a wide range of commercial and infrastructure projects. Combining technical knowledge with strong customer relationships, they help customers deliver efficient, high-performing retaining wall solutions

Supporting Residential Developments
Our Housebuilding Team works closely with national and regional housebuilders across the UK and Ireland, helping deliver high-quality paving and walling solutions for residential developments.
Supporting projects from planning through to completion, the team provides product guidance, project support and expert advice to help customers create attractive and durable outdoor spaces for new homes.

Our Consumer Sales Team works closely with homeowners at the Tobermore Paving Centre located at our Head Office, helping them find the perfect paving and walling solutions to transform their outdoor spaces.
From driveways and patios to garden spaces, the team provides expert advice, product guidance and inspiration to help customers bring their vision to life. With a strong focus on customer experience, they support homeowners throughout their project journey, helping make hard landscaping easy from start to finish.

Our Sales Support Team plays an important role in supporting customers at every stage of their journey with Tobermore, providing expert guidance, product information and assistance from the very beginning.
Working closely with customers, sales teams and internal departments, they handle enquiries and provide project support, helping to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service
Our Order Management Team plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, helping deliver a seamless experience from order placement through to delivery.
Working closely with customers, sales teams, production and transport, they coordinate orders, manage customer enquiries and help keep projects running smoothly. With strong organisation skills and attention to detail, they ensure orders are handled efficiently while providing excellent customer service every step of the way.
Providing Accurate Pricing Quotations
Our Pricing Team plays an important role in supporting the business by managing pricing across our product range, helping ensure customers receive accurate and competitive quotations and pricing information.
Working closely with sales teams and internal departments across the UK and Ireland, they prepare quotations, maintain pricing data and support day-to-day pricing enquiries.

Although our sales teams work remotely, we stay connected every day, supporting each other and delivering hard landscaping solutions for our customers.
We also come together regularly throughout the year for customer meetings, team strategy sessions and our annual Tobermore Sales Conference.
