Located across a 64-acre site at our Tobermore headquarters, our 11 manufacturing plants reflect the scale, innovation and expertise behind our production operations.

Our Lough Fea Quarry is located just 7 miles from our headquarters in Tobermore. Owning our own quarry ensures a reliable, consistent supply of high-quality aggregate for our manufacturing process.

Machine Operative

Our Machine Operatives play a key role in the production process, operating and setting up machinery to manufacture our high-quality paving and walling products safely and efficiently.

Working with advanced production equipment, they monitor performance, carry out quality checks and ensure products meet the highest standards. From adjusting machine settings and carrying out mould changes to identifying and reporting issues, they help keep production running smoothly and efficiently.

Multi-Skilled Operative

Our Multi-Skilled Operatives play a versatile role across the production facility, supporting a range of activities to keep operations running smoothly. From operating machinery and forklift duties to quality inspection and manual tasks, they adapt to where they are needed most.

Working as part of a team, they help maintain efficiency, meet production targets and ensure high standards of quality and safety are upheld across the site.

Plant Machinery Cleaning Operative

Our Plant Machinery Cleaning Operatives play a vital role in supporting production by ensuring our world class machinery is cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Working across the site, they help keep equipment in optimal condition, supporting efficiency and minimising downtime.

Using specialist tools and equipment, they carry out thorough cleaning of key machinery and production areas, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with company procedures.

Loading Team Operative

Our Loading Team Operatives play a key role in preparing and dispatching products, ensuring orders are loaded accurately, safely and on time for delivery to customers across the UK and Ireland.

Using Tobermore’s fleet of forklift trucks, they safely load and unload lorries, build product stockpiles and attend to customers on site, helping to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Health, Safety & Environmental Team 

Our HSE Team plays a vital role in creating a safe, healthy and compliant working environment across Tobermore, helping to protect our people while supporting the smooth running of our operations.

Working closely with teams across the business, they promote best practice, carry out inspections and audits, and support continuous improvement initiatives. From maintaining high safety standards on-site to delivering training and guidance, they help ensure safety remains at the heart of everything we do.

Lough Fea Quarry Team

Our Quarry Team plays a key role in the early stages of our production process, forming the first step in manufacturing our premium products. Based at our Lough Fea Quarry, they operate mobile and static plant machinery to extract and process the high-quality aggregates that are essential to everything we produce.

Working in an outdoor environment, they safely operate heavy plant and equipment, support material processing and ensure a consistent supply of aggregates to keep production running efficiently.

Maintenance Team

Our Maintenance Team plays a critical role in supporting production by ensuring all machinery and equipment are operating at peak performance. Through planned maintenance and reactive repairs, they help minimise downtime and keep operations running efficiently.

Working with a wide range of equipment, they carry out tasks such as welding and fabrication, working with hydraulics and pneumatics, and repairing or replacing key machine components. Using their technical expertise and problem-solving skills, they ensure production can continue safely and without disruption.

Stores Team

Our Stores Team supports maintenance operations by managing parts, tools and equipment, ensuring everything is available when needed to keep production running efficiently. They play a key role in minimising downtime and supporting day-to-day maintenance across the site.

Testing Lab Team

Our Testing Lab Team plays a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our products. Working within a controlled lab environment, they carry out a range of tests on our products to ensure they meet the highest standards and specifications.

From conducting quality inspections and recording results to maintaining testing equipment and lab standards, they help ensure consistency across production. Their work ensures every product leaving our site meets the premium quality standards Tobermore is known for.

Samples Team

Our Samples Team is responsible for preparing and dispatching product samples across the UK and Ireland. They also support sales staff by providing them with brochures and point-of-sale materials, ensuring they have everything they need to engage customers and showcase our products effectively.

Working closely with sales and marketing teams, they ensure samples reflect the quality and finish of our products, helping to create a strong first impression and support customer projects from the outset.
