Radius concrete kerbs are specially manufactured to form a curve of a certain radius. The key to effective design is to set out the kerbs in a way that will work with radius that can be precisely delivered from manufactured radius concrete curves to pre-selected values. This radius can typically be 1m or 2m for <\/span>\u200b<\/span><\/span>tight curves, or up to 6m or 9m for wider, more gentle arcs.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Yes, designers can decide to create a non-standard curve radius. This is formed by cutting sections of kerb, rather than using pre-manufactured radius concrete kerbs.
