Belmont Hall<\/a> aimed to establish itself as a relaxed and environmentally conscious development, paying homage to its natural surroundings, particularly the picturesque Six Mile Water River.<\/span> The procurement of a diverse range of facing bricks in strong vibrant colours was a top priority for Antrim Construction Company. The goal was to offer homes with a range of finishes, fostering a sense of individuality and departure from uniformity.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A unique development was achieved by utilising Tobermore Country Stone walling alongside Tobermore Kingston and Lansdowne facing brick ranges. To guarantee that Belmont Hall respected the natural environment that surrounds it, collaborating with a company committed to minimising environmental impact was paramount. The use of vibrant shades Cottage Red, Golden, Charcoal and Slate amplified individuality in this project through the complementary contrast of colour. Regenda Homes was seeking a building solution for the homes at Carr Lane<\/a> in Hambleton. The development has a variety of house styles and Regenda wanted a product that could create a cohesive look throughout. Tobermore provided the perfect solution in the form of Kingston facing brick \u2013 the smooth, vibrant appearance of this product created the beautiful, elegant finish desired.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Tobermore\u2019s Lansdowne facing brick adds character and warmth to the homes. Tumbled to give a rustic appearance, Lansdowne is known for its hard-wearing capabilities and exceptional long-lasting colours. The front fa\u00e7ades are complemented by beautifully paved driveways using Tobermore\u2019s block paving Shannon Heather with a Shannon charcoal border that adds visual appeal. A cost-effective and aesthetically pleasing facing brick was required to complete the scheme.\u00a0 Tobermore\u2019s concrete facing brick Lansdowne <\/span>in shade Heather was chosen due to its hard-wearing capabilities and long-lasting colour retention.
