Job summary

This role provides an administrative supporting role to our external sales executives and Business Development team in general.

Key tasks & duties

• Recording sales executive notes via the telephone and recording into their Outlook diary or CRM
• Distributing individual opportunity reports on a fortnightly basis to all sales executives
• Ensuring all sales executives have customer specific notebooks as and when required
• Liaising with sales executives on large order details so that this accurate information can be passed to the marketing team to use for PR purposes
• Updating creditability reports on schemes large orders secured by region
• Contacting customers to book CPD presentations
• Completing and distributing CPD certificates
• Entering details onto the company CRM as required
• Updating paving contractor spreadsheets
• Contacting customers to enquire about projects which have been awarded
• Distribution of web enquiries to appropriate staff with subsequent follow up to ensure they are actioned
• Any other duties as required

Essential criteria

• 5 GCSE’s including English & Maths A – C
• None required / full training provided
• Time management
• Very well organised person
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Great communication skills
• Driven and keen to succeed

Desirable criteria

• A Levels / Degree
• 1 year + experience in an office environment
• Telephone experience
• CRM experience
• Proficient excel user
• Full and clean driving license
