Laying Contractors Evening at Tobemore’s Leyland Paving Centre
After the huge success of our first ever Contractor’s Evening at our Leyland Centre last year, we were delighted to stage the event there again this year.
Over 130 contractors and layers from England, Scotland and Wales descended on the centre on April 26 for what proved to be a very informative and entertaining evening.

The guests were welcomed by Tobermore Managing Director David Henderson before setting off on a tour of the centre, where they were able to view a number of new products.
Since last year’s event, there have been a number of minor changes to the centre which include the display area featuring the 3-size Roma blocks.
These are a very welcome addition to our range and were enthusiastically received by the vistiors who agreed that they offer something a little bit different.

A number of demonstrations created a lot of interest for our visitors including a Rompox jointing demonstration and a Joint Stabilizer demonstration.
In what was a very informal, relaxed evening, guests enjoyed a meal and a drink in our marquee, after which they were entertained by comedian Dave Buck.

David Henderson rounded off a very successful and enjoyable evening by thanking everyone who came along.
