The recently completed first phase of a new development in the village of Clare outside Galway city is a tribute to modern luxury living.

“Included are such details as granite worktops, integrated appliances, top quality tiling, solid oak flooring and generous wiring throughout.”
The exterior also strikes a very high quality note.
Not only is there extensive soft landscaping but the very best quality paving from Tobermore has been used in private driveways as well as main roads.
Tobermore’s charcoal tegula pavers with a natural border give the main roads a distinctive quality finish, while driveways in each home will be finished with heather tegula lined by charcoal borders.
Said Tobermore’s Sean McGlynn: “We have worked with Harrmack on a number of schemes and this is certainly the only development we know of in Galway where pavers have been used on the main roads as well as the private driveways.
