Committed to Improvement
Our quality culture, improvement and growth has been based on the values of integrity, trust, honesty and teamwork. We have used various total quality management techniques to help us deliver the products and services our customers demand. These include leading tools such as the EFQM Business Excellence Award and the various British Standard licences such as ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001.
In recent years we have achieved notable success at all levels are the highlight of this came in 2005 when we won the UK Business Excellence Award despite coming up against international organisations such as BMW, Siemens and TNT. Tobermore's most recent success has been winning the European Quality Award (EFQM) for 2007.
