Temporary Wages Clerk/Accounts Administrator

This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave initially for nine months but may be extended.

Role: Produce weekly wages and monthly salaries for NI/GB and ROI employees on Sage Payroll. Dealing with all wages related statutory returns. Provide cover at reception for lunch breaks, holidays and absenteeism. General administration duties including confirming invoices, scanning delivery documentation, dealing with customer queries.

Candidate requirements: A minimum of 2 years experience in an administration role preferred, excellent telephone manner and competent IT skills. Be well organised and capable of working individually or as part of a team. Minimum qualifications required are 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) or equivalent including maths and english. Preference will be given to those canditates with a working knowledge of Sage Payroll.
