Turfstone Block Paving - Grassblock Paving
Tobermore Turfstone block paving is a grass paving system designed for use in areas where a hard surfacing is required for vehicular access in a natural grass environment. Tobermore Turfstone's honeycombed cavities are designed to facilitate the growth of grass within a supporting concrete matrix, allowing grass to be cut in the conventional manner.
Turfstone block paving can be used in caravan parks, cemeteries, car parks etc. in addition to typical environmental erosion control areas such as riverbanks and waterways. Tobermore Turfstone is laid as a normal paving unit but with the honeycombed areas filled with quality topsoil and suitable grass seed. Go to the installation section to get specific instructions.
Note: Turfstone block paving is not suitable for applications subjected to prolonged heavy duty trafficking or pedestrian walkways. Turfstone block paving is not suitable where pedestrians will be wearing stiletto heels.
